Shipping Policy
All merchandise that is available in store will also be available to purchase via our website online. We will ship anywhere within the Continental United States and shipping fees will apply.

We DO NOT offer shipping for any of our birds. All birds must be picked up in store.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our birds come with a 7 day (1 week) health guarantee. During this time it is the customers responsibility to make an appointment with our partnering Avian Vet to get their new bird a check up. If the Avian Vet should determine something is wrong, such as illness or disease, Exotic Birds of Southeast Missouri will require signed documentation from the vet within 24 hours of the visit for an exchange and/or refund.

Should the customer fail to do this within the 7 day guarantee, they understand that they assume all responsibility for the bird and no refunds or exchanges will be honored.

Merchandise is not eligible for exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.
